You’re the one faithful friend who has
visited me for the past 2 years.
Awaiting your arrival stirs up many
emotions and thoughts. Your visits
are often accompanied with new
updates. Some have left me hesitant,
others have caught me by surprise.
A bittersweet anticipation to your
coming.
Yet, I welcome you September. I choose to
embrace your presence. And I believe for
the best.
I don’t need to wake up when September
ends. No longer in slumber, I am wide
awake :)
